The Respawnables cheats and tips - Essential info on how to use gadgets and grenades

Gadgets are one of the most useful items you can get your grimy mitts on in The Respawnables, but how and when to use them is a more complicated answer than you might think.

Yes, you can throw all of your grenades and other gadgets out as soon as you start a new game, but is that the best way forward? Is that going to help you win? Maybe not.

If you're playing the long game like we are, then we've got some great tips to help you use gadgets and grenades in The Respawnables, just read on…

#1 Make battling better

So you're already shooting people down with skill and you understand the stages, but you need to get better?

I understand that need, which is exactly why it's good to start getting familiar with Gadgets, the equipment item that you might just use the least.

Gadgets include a large variety of offensive grenades, as well as a few that gives enemy players unique status effects, which make your overall gameplan much more fearsome than without.

#2 Blown to bits

As said, a majority of the Gadgets available to you will be offensive explosions, purpose built to deal heavy damage.

But there are a few which offer other effects. Stealth will make you invisible until you shoot, and the Spotter will make enemy players in the level visible to you for a limited amount of time.

When you don't have a necessity for explosives, keep these other gadgets in mind.

#3 Limited uses

The only real problem with the Gadgets is that they are actually limited-use. Yikes. That means once you've used what's in your inventory, you're gonna have to buy more.

When it comes to many Gadgets, you can earn more by levelling up and completing missions, but some will require cash or even (gasp!) a gold investment.

It's for this reason that while it's well worth taking Gadgets into battle, you should be selective about which ones you carry around. Just taking any Gadgets in and wasting them will not make you feel happy.

#4 Save for multiplayer

It's because of that last reason, about Gadgets being limited-use items, that it's probably best for you to save them for multiplayer.

The only instance where we'd advise against this is when you have a specific Mission telling you to use a Gadget or grenade to complete the task, but even then, the rewards often make it more worthwhile to skip these missions.

When you find some enemies online that you really want to take down a peg, pull out some strong grenades and see where that gets you.
